(Greensburg, IN) – Honda is enacting an 11-percent wage increase for non-exempt production associates at U.S. facilities, effective January 8, 2024.

Included in this pay raise are associates at the Indiana Auto Plant in Greensburg.

A company spokeswoman says the move is outside of their normal wage increase timing and is in response to staying competitive in the auto manufacturing market.

This comes on the heels of the United Auto Workers’ historic contracts recently agreed to with Honda’s unionized Detroit-based competitors.
